Clubhouse Details
Main Room:55’ x 36’ floor with tall ceiling and a small stage
Kitchen: Fully equipped with refrigerator/freezer, double sink, electric range, microwave, cup coffee makers. Please request details of other kitchen equipment.
Facilities: On-site preview by appointment.
- 100 folding chairs,
- 16 banquet tables (30” x 96”),
- Upright piano,
- Foosball game,
- Stage,
- Two restrooms,
- Approximately 35 parking places (overflow parking available),
- Other equipment by arrangement.
Rental Costs
(15% DISCOUNT FOR ANNUAL OCC MEMBERS)
- Hourly: $350 – 4 hour minimum
- Daily: $650.00
- Security Deposit: $200.00 (reservation / damage, refundable as in contract detail)
